Nonviolent Communication
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) offers a communication process designed to create heartfelt connection, that enables us to find solutions that meet the needs of all parties.
- It is based on a dialog of honesty and empathy.
- Each persons needs are taken equally serious.
- It changes "A Culture of War" into "A Culture of Peace", by allowing us to find a solution that supports "both you - and me" instead of a solution that supports "either you - or me."
See below for more about A Culture of Peace.
